How do I sign up?
Get the app and sign up with your phone number. Your code arrives on WhatsApp and fills itself in. You can also continue with Google or Apple.
I didn’t get my verification code
Check the number and country code, and that WhatsApp is active on that number. Wait a minute and request the code again; if WhatsApp can’t deliver it, it comes by SMS. If it still doesn’t arrive, email us.
What is a cruise?
A cruise is an outing you put on the map, so your friends and people nearby can see it and check in. A cruise stays on the map for 3 hours.
Who can see my location?
The app never shows your live location to anyone. A place appears only when you choose to pin it to a post, check in there, or send it in a chat. Your approximate location is used to build the Nearby feed and is not saved.
How do I make my account private?
Turn on a private account in the app’s privacy settings. Then only people whose follow requests you accept can see your posts. The same settings control who sees your activity status and tags.
How do I report a post or an account?
Tap the three dots on the post, story or profile and choose Report. Our team reviews every report, and you can also block the account right away.
Is the app free?
Yes. The app is free, with optional paid features: post promotion and a Pro subscription.
