These terms are an agreement between you and FARRAH NOW COMPANY (commercial registration 7055043074) for using the Farrah Now app. By using the app you accept them and the privacy policy.
Your account
You must be at least 13 years old. You are responsible for keeping your details accurate, your password secret, and for all activity on your account. Don’t impersonate anyone or create accounts to abuse the service.
Your content
What you post is yours. By posting it you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, distribute and format it within the app (for example compressing and converting video), as far as needed to run the service. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for what others have shared through app features.
You are responsible for having the right to post what you post, and for respecting the privacy of people who appear in it.
What isn’t allowed
You may not post or send:
- Anything that breaks the laws of Saudi Arabia or public morals.
- Sexual or violent content, or content that incites hatred or harm.
- Harassment, threats, bullying, or other people’s private information.
- Fraud, spam or unauthorised advertising.
- Content that infringes someone else’s intellectual property.
- Attempts to hack, disrupt or scrape the app.
Reports and moderation
You can report any post, story or account. We review reports and may hide or remove content, or suspend or close an account, when it breaks these terms. We also use automatic filtering of offensive words, which can hold some content for review before it appears.
Location and the map
Check-ins and cruises show the place on the map to others. Don’t check in or tag other people without their consent, and don’t use the map to track or harass anyone.
Paid features
Post promotion and Pro are optional paid features, paid through our payment gateway, Fawaterak. A promotion is reviewed before it runs and may be declined if it breaks these terms. Pro lasts 30 days from activation. Prices are shown before you pay.
Third-party services
The app relies on services from other providers, such as maps, sign-in and payments, and their use is subject to those providers’ terms.
Disclaimer
We provide the app “as is”. We work to keep it available and accurate, but we don’t guarantee it is free of errors, or the accuracy of what users post. Posts are the views of the people who post them.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from using or being unable to use the app, or for the actions of other users.
Ending your use
You can stop using the app and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
Changes
We may update these terms and publish the new version here with its date. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept it.
