We build an app that shows the city through the people in it: real moments pinned to real places, from the people who are there right now.
Where the name comes from
In Saudi slang, a “farrah” is a night drive with no fixed destination: you cruise the city with friends and see where the night is happening.
That is the app icon: two people in a car, with the city lights ahead. In the app a farrah — a cruise — is a real feature: you start one on the map and people nearby check in to it.
What we do
Farrah Now pins short videos and photos to the place they were taken, and shows on a live map where people are gathering right now.
The app is available in Arabic and English on iPhone and Android. Our first market is Saudi Arabia.
